Sam brings more than three decades of experience as an advisor to high-net-worth individuals and senior executives. He has amassed a wealth of experience and has seen his clients through the ups and downs of many market cycles, building his practice from the ground up, one client at a time over many years.
Sam’s commitment to clients and developing longstanding, deep relationships has been the cornerstone of his career. He joined the financial services industry in 1991 at Merrill Lynch and has held senior roles at Dain Rauscher/RBC, Morgan Stanley, and most recently as the CEO and founder of Executive Wealth Group.
A lifelong Washington resident, Sam has two adult sons.

- Is a former world-class Olympic weightlifter and spent more than 30 years as an athlete, commentator, and coach. Served as NBC’s commentator for Weightlifting at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.
- Was the stock market reporter/commentator for KIRO-AM 710 from 1997 to 2008. Sam was also a weekly guest commentator on NWCN’s money report and a regular guest on CNN’s “News Biz Today”.
He was also a guest on CNBC’s popular “Squawk Box” program. Additionally, Sam was part of the broadcast team for KIRO that covered the live broadcast of the 787 roll-out on July 8, 2007.
