About Brad
Brad Levin is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at Focus Partners. He brings nearly 30 years of experience as a financial advisor and many years as a business owner prior to joining the firm. He works closely with partners in our Family Office and Business Management groups to serve the needs of successful entrepreneurs, executives, entertainers, and their families.
Brad and his team deliver a vast array of relevant services including investment management, tax planning, multi-generational gifting and wealth transfers, family wealth education, family governance, philanthropic advice, and business management. Brad’s services can be especially valuable to successful business owners who are planning for an eventual sale or transition of their business.
He describes his role in working with clients as empowering them to live their version of their best life. Brad’s approach to financial planning seeks to balance prudent planning for long-term lifetime goals while enabling the ability to experience more near-term life-enriching experiences, through an approach he calls Bucket list Living. Brad’s approach to financial planning is shaped in by three life-changing events — growing up with a single mother, going through a divorce, and overcoming his wife’s breast cancer diagnosis. These events inspired him to provide advice that’s focused on saving and investing for the future, preparing for the unexpected and having the right team to provide guidance, and lastly, finding ways to help reduce life’s stresses.
Brad was the founder of Legacy Wealth Partners, a boutique wealth management firm in Calabasas, CA, prior to merging with Focus Partners in 2021. Previously, he was a Vice President and financial advisor with The Householder Group and a financial advisor at Kavesh and Gau.
Brad graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. He holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Market Technician®, making him one of a small number of financial professionals to hold both these designations.
Brad currently lives in Calabasas with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children. His time away from the office is devoted to family, traveling, and engaging in physical activities of all types. Blessed in his career and passionate about positively impacting the lives of others, Brad supports a number of local and national charities.
