About Curtis
As manager on the Advisor Leadership Team, Curtis works with advisory teams to help them be as efficient as possible so that they can spend more time doing what they love: serving clients.
A former financial planner who enjoys giving back to his community, Curtis has always had a passion for helping others. In his current role, that means serving as a resource for colleagues and new associates, finding solutions, answering questions, and making challenging concepts simpler.
Curtis began his career in finance at TrueWealth Management in Atlanta, Georgia. He held various roles at the firm until it was acquired in August 2020 by Creative Planning, where he continued serving as a financial planner before joining Focus in 2022.
He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation and earned his bachelor's degree in family financial planning from the University of Georgia in 2017.
A Georgia native, Curtis currently lives in Atlanta. He enjoys traveling to new places, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturdays.
